We keep getting a number of queries, so we thought it might be a good idea to list some of them down and save you a phone call. We'll keep adding to these as we go along:

Do you have a physical store as well?
We only sell online, because of which we can hope to offer you a wider range of art and craft materials, as well as better prices, not to mention the convenience of ordering from your home, and receiving your order at your doorstep.
 
What payment options do you accept?
We accept both online payments and Cash on Delivery. The payment gateway is managed by CCAvenue, which  serves as the payment gateway for more than 85% of the e-commerce websites in India.
This (a) ensures security for your transactions and (b) provides you with the widest range of payment options, be it credit cards, debit cards, net banking, etc.
 If you prefer to pay via Wallets, we have the option of PayUMoney and Paytm.
Cash on Delivery (COD), is currently available for a limited number of pin codes across India, and we plan on increasing the list of pin codes as we are able to tie-up with more service providers.
Alternatively however, if you would prefer to make a direct online transfer, drop us an email on mail@craftgully.com, and we will provide you with our bank account details.
 
Are these all the art and craft materials that you stock?
Hah! Just keep visiting everyday – that's all we can say. You'll see the range increasing.
 
Where all do you ship?
Believe it not, all over India ... and a whole lot of other places as well. we have covered every state in India, and to help us remember, we made this app (just scroll down to see all the cities we have shipped to). If you are based out of India, drop us a note on mail@craftgully.com, and we'll revert on getting your craft supplies to you.
 
How do you ship my order?
We have tied up with various couriers, for our shipments. Our preferred couriers are Blue Dart,  Aramex and FedEx, since they have the widest coverage in India, and provide the fastest service. However, we also work with other regional couriers who are provide us with equally good service. We normally estimate upto 7 business days for delivery from the time the order is shipped, but depending on the time you place your order, you could get it earlier. Some orders are also shipped through India Post, where we have experienced that they provide better service.
 
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive an email on your provided email address with the tracking details once your order is shipped. If you provided a mobile number, while placing the order, you will receive an sms with the tracking details as well.
 
How do I know my order will not get damaged?
"The proof of the pudding is in the eating" as they say :) So we suggest you place an order to see how many layers we pack your order in - all to make sure you get it in mint condition. In the unlikely event that you are the first to receive your art/craft materials in damaged condition, send us a note on mail@craftgully.com, and we would be happy to replace it free of cost.
 
Where are you based out of?
While our registered office is in Mumbai, fortunately for us, most of our operations are based out of Goa.
