What is CraftGully’s Return Policy?
CraftGully offers a 3 days replacement guarantee for all products sold on Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect, or damage due to transportation, and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.
Products may be returned/ exchanged only where the product delivered is different from the product ordered (for example, the product ordered is silver earring hooks, but the product delivered is golden earring hooks). As mentioned on every product page, we would not be liable for colour/ shade variations which could be caused due to different screen resolutions and/or brightness.
Customers may notify us of any damage or defect within 3 days from the date of delivery, and ship the product back to us for a free replacement. To ensure a seamless return for you, we are required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage product before processing replacement or a refund. In case we do not have the same product in stock, we reserve the right to offer an alternate product. In case of a refund, the same would be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7 working days of us receiving the product.
The refund policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Please ensure you pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.

What is CraftGully’s Cancellation Policy?
Until the order is shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting customer support. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. In case you do choose to cancel your order, cancellation charges may apply.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we would need a maximum of 5 business days to cancel the order and initiate the refund.
You have the option to request a refund back to the original mode of payment, in which case the money will be refunded back to the source from which you had originally paid (this option will incur a cancellation charge of 5% of the order value). Please note that post our initiation of your refund, it may take upto 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. You can also opt for Crafting Credits which would automatically be applied on your next order on This option will not incur any cancellation charges, and will be processed within 2 business days of cancellation of your order.
